Nowadays, working for hours and sitting in a chair continuously can impact on our physical health, which can be determined later. In this article we are going to learn about the same.

This habit can make us lazy, and it could make you fat or more obese too. We need to have some activity, exercise daily to maintain our weight and, of course, our health. In short, this habit can have a bad impact on our physical and mental health.

The risks of obesity, cardiovascular illness and type 2 diabetes are considerably increased by extended periods of inactivity and sometimes referred to as sitting disease, with the dangers increasing after 8 to 10 hours or more of daily sedentary activity. By inducing weariness, cognitive impairment and bad posture, inactivity reduces productivity, harms circulation and weakens muscles.

Tips:

Try to stand or move for 1-2 minutes every hour. Utilize a stand-up desk, stroll around the office or home or climb the stairs. Try to engage in moderate intensity exercise for at least 150 minutes each week. Make sure your ergonomics are set up correctly to lessen the stress on your muscles and joints.
