Patriot’s Second Poster OUT: Stars Mammootty And Mohanlal in a Full-on Action Mode

Slated to release on April 23, 2026, Patriot, starring Mammootty and Mohanlal in lead roles, has understood its assignment of building curiosity and piquing audiences’ interest to the fullest. On February 26, the makers of the film dropped another intriguing poster in multiple languages, including English, Malayalam, Tamil, Hindi, and Telugu. Headlined by Malayalam cinema’s finest performers, fans and movie fanatics’ jaws dropped right at the first glance. The poster features Mammootty and Mohanlal in a full-on action mode. For the unversed, the legendary duo shared a single frame in the 1981 Oothikachiya Ponnu. After years, the most celebrated actors are back with a bang, thanks to Patriot.

Patriot’s Second Poster Revealed: Mammootty And Mohanlal Set the Screen Ablaze!

The latest poster of Patriot features a speeding car in the middle of a chase. Mohanlal is spotted at the top of the vehicle, aiming a gun, while Mammootty fires from the other side. Not to forget, Kunchacko Boban, who appears extremely tense in the driving seat, suggesting a high-stakes pursuit. In a nutshell, the poster appears to be from a combat scene where both the lead actors train their guns on a target from a speeding car. Directed by Mahesh Narayanan, the poster and previously released first look speak volumes about the high-octane action and stunt sequences in the film. 

Alongside the lead actors, the ensemble cast also includes Nayanthara, Rajeev Menon, Darshana Rajendran, Zarin Shihab, Revathy, Jinu Joseph, Danish Husain, Shaheen Siddique, Sanal Aman, and Prakash Belawadi. Bankrolled by Anto Joseph, with CR Salim and Subhash Manuel as co-producers, Patriot was shot across multiple locations, including the UK, Sri Lanka, New Delhi, Hyderabad, Kashmir, and Kochi.
