Penned by Karan Shrikant Sharma, Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri is officially going to meet fans in theatres tomorrow, on December 25, 2025. The most-awaited Christmas release is expected to be a hit, considering its pre-booking phase. As of December 24, at 8.30 p.m., the rom-com has already collected Rs. 3.14 crore net in India by selling approximately 81,825 tickets.
Directed by Sameer Vidwans, the romance-comedy film stars Kartik Aaryan and Ananya Panday in lead roles. It is, indeed, a courageous decision of the makers to find space to grow amid Ranveer Singh and Akshaye Khanna’s Dhurandhar box office tsunami. Not to forget, James Cameron’s Avatar: Fire and Ash, which is giving tough competition to the Bollywood blockbuster.
According to the trade tracker, on Wednesday noon, Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri tapped on the Rs 2 crore mark during its pre-sales. Considering its genre, such films usually witness smaller openings and gradual earnings. The film follows the enemies-to-lovers trope and is expected to perform well.
With around 4456 shows, the rom-com drama has earned Rs 4.53 crore, including locked seats. The movie is just a few hours away and is striving hard to compete against Avatar and Dhurandhar’s momentum, which has already taken a significant share of the collections and premium screens. Although advance bookings have opened recently, early reports suggest that the movie may fail to break past the Rs 10 crore mark.
