Mirzapur The Movie Box Office Collection Day 15: Pankaj Tripathi’s Gangster Drama Surpasses Rs 200 Cr Mark

Amidst the “Hanuman Ansh” buzz, Pankaj Tripathi’s “Mirzapur: The Movie” is the only film that has survived the dominance at its best. As of day 15, the gangster thriller has crossed the Rs 200 crore mark. Released on Sept 4, 2026, the film opened with Rs 25.75 crore by running across 11,135 shows with 42.7 percent occupancy. 

Starring Ali Fazal, Pankaj Tripathi, Divyendu, and others in pivotal roles, the film has collected Rs 203.78 crore net in India. Helmed by Gurmmeet Singh, the crime drama is all set to inch closer to Rs 300 crore worldwide.

According to an industry tracker, Sacnilk, “Mirzapur The Movie” is running across 1,569 shows and has collected a net of Rs 33 lakhs on day 15. This brings the total gross collections to Rs 242.78 crore. 

On the first weekend, it minted Rs 148.45 crore, while the following weekend it added another Rs 55 crore to its net earnings. As days pass, the film is expected to hit the Rs 300 crore mark soon. 

Bankrolled by Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar under the banner of Excel Entertainment, the film features Pankaj Tripathi reprising his role as Kaleen Bhaiya, Ali Fazal as Guddu Pandit and Divyenndu as Munna Tripathi. The other cast includes Shweta Tripathi Sharma, Rasika Dugal, Shriya Pilgaonkar, Ravi Kishan, Jitendra Kumar, Abhishek Banerjee, Sonal Chauhan, Mohit Malik and Sushant Singh. It is the only popular franchise to have transitioned to the silver screen after the stellar performance of season 1 on OTT. The big-screen version, “Mirzapur: The Movie,” is set between Episodes 6 and 7 of Season 1 of the original series.
