Seo Hye-won’s management agency, Starbase Management Group, stated that rather than holding a traditional wedding ceremony, the couple opted for a simple family gathering to mark their commitment. The agency further confirmed, “Seo Hye-won registered her marriage earlier this year with a non-celebrity boyfriend. Instead of a formal wedding ceremony, the marriage was marked by a family meal.” 

On April 1, the 33-year-old actress took to her social media to share a handwritten letter and a photo featuring herself and her new husband, accompanied by their pet dog. The caption read, “I would like to carefully share news about my life. I now have a precious partner with whom I have promised to share our lives together. Instead of holding a wedding ceremony, we became a married couple with our own quiet promise, so I ask for your understanding that I could not greet you in person.” She continued, “I am deeply grateful for the constant support you have given me. I will treasure that love and encouragement and strive to show a more mature side of myself as an actress.”
