From 15,000 Internship to 25 Lakh Package: Techie Shares Career Journey, Netizens Got Impressed

After his former college friend Rutuja uploaded a man’s motivational story on social media, the career trajectory of a techie has garnered a lot of attention online. He turned a low level stipend into a profitable employment offer in little more than two and a half years. She shared that the tech professional started his career with a monthly internship salary of only Rs. 15,000.

However, he worked hard and passionately and in less than six months, he landed his first full-time position, making Rs. 7 lakhs every year. His bundle was then evaluated, which raised it to Rs. 9 lakh per year. Subsequently, he received another offer of Rs. 14 lakhs annually, which his existing firm equalled to keep him. After that, he secured a position with a Singaporean company with a pay of Rs. 25 LPA.

He truly deserves it because I have seen his dedication from college days. At the same time, I couldn’t stop thinking… If I had continued coding, would I be there too?
