Singapore is a favorite destination for everybody. According to the most recent statistics made public by the Singapore Tourism Board (STB) on Tuesday, more than 1.2 million Indians visited Singapore in 2025, highlighting India’s importance as one of Singapore’s top resource markets.
According to the Singapore Tourism Board (STB), Singapore received over 1.2 million tourists from India in 2025, a 1% rise from the previous year. “We commemorated 60 years of diplomatic relations between Singapore and India in 2025, making it a banner year for tourism between the two nations.”
In a statement, Markus Tan, STB Regional Director for India, Middle East, South Asia and Africa, stated, “We are encouraged that Singapore was selected by more than a million Indian visitors, which is around a 1 percent increase from 2024, boosting tourism expenditure and highlighting the market’s sustained faith in our destination.” PTI Reported.
STB statistics show that overall International Visitor Arrivals (IVA) hit 16.9 million in 2025, a 2.3% increase over 2024, demonstrating Singapore’s continued appeal across global markets, PTI states further.
In 2025, the Singapore Tourism Board introduced a number of India-specific programs to foster the expansion of tourism. It started the year-long ‘Just Between Us Friends’ campaign in January, collaborating with travel agencies, airlines, payment companies and shopping centers to provide deals for Indian travellers.
