Worm Found Crawling in Sandwich at PAUL’s Gurugram Outlet, Eatery Responds

Food safety is highly important. Currently, a surprising and shocking event has occurred when a worm was found crawling in a sandwich at a famous PAUL outlet in Gurugram. The video went viral quickly, raising concerns. Now, the eatery has issued the clarification.

PAUL is a famous bakery from France. There are quite a number of outlets in India. PAUL Gurugram reacted to the event hours after the video of a worm squirming within a sandwich went viral. The French bakery and restaurant chain stated in a statement on Instagram that it takes food safety, hygiene and quality standards extremely seriously.

The matter reported at our One Horizon, Gurugram outlet, does not reflect the standards we strive to uphold,” it stated. “PAUL India maintains rigorous food safety, hygiene and compliance standards. We remain committed to upholding the highest standards and ensuring the best possible experience for all our customers,” it added.

According to the reports, the event happened on Friday. Following a Gurugram man’s viral video of a live worm in his breakfast sandwich, the response was sent. The video that Mathur posted showed that before realizing there was a worm in it, he had already consumed half of the sandwich. A white worm is seen crawling across the meat stuffing separating the bread buns in the video, according to reports.
