Woman Takes Parents On Google Office Tour in Bengaluru, Wins Hearts Online

A viral video shows a Bengaluru techie from Google taking her parents on a tour of her office and capturing their reaction. The Instagram user Shalini, showed her parents around the Google office, including the food court, micro kitchen and recreational areas.

Her parents were overjoyed and proud of her, she added. “It was a great feeling; my parents were so happy, and here we go on my office tour with my parents ! And Ganpati Bappa Morya.” she wrote in the caption. The office tour began with Shalini guiding them to the food court and demonstrating the array of culinary options. She mentioned that there were plenty of cuisine alternatives and that her parents enjoyed the meal as well.

Then she led them to the micro kitchen, where she displayed the assortment of beverages and snacks. She brought up coconut juice, watermelon juice, dry fruits and chocolates. Additionally, she mentioned that Google has food stations every 10 meters, which she confirmed to be accurate. The trip was also about spending time together, according to her. Pool and foosball were played by Shalini and her parents.

The first time her mother played pool, she picked it up quickly. They got snacks after playing the games. Shalini said that spending the day at the workplace with her parents was a wonderful experience.
