Everybody is addicted to phones and reels. Now a post is going viral where a man expresses his concern and shares his experience after spotting many passengers. Almost 80% of them were reel-obsessed sitting on the metro while traveling.
A Bengaluru based founder shared his observations from an early morning metro trip. In his opinion, the scene inside the metro demonstrated how integrated social media have become into people’s everyday lives. After attending a family gathering in Udupi, Vasant Shetty posted this remark on X upon his return to Bengaluru.
About 80% of the passengers in the metro were engrossed in their phone displays, he claimed. From their thumb movements, he could see that many of them were browsing Instagram Reels.
