This week, the IMD has issued a yellow alert for thunderstorms with lightning and gusty winds in districts including Yavatmal, Nagpur, Gondia and Gadchiroli. Additionally, thunderstorms and moderate rainfall are predicted for Pune, Satara, Sangli, Dharashiv, Nanded, Latur, Beed and other areas.
