Bengaluru Teacher Proposes Medical Student in Classroom; Girl Hits him with Slipper, Video Viral

A video that has gone viral on social media has sparked discussion on the internet and brought attention to the safety of women in educational and workplace environments. In front of the entire class, a professor at a medical college proposed a student and said, “I love you,” which set off a huge heat-up scenario in the classroom. As a reaction, the young student slapped him with a slipper.

In the viral video, the professor is seen proposing to the student. The student had also, according to him, confessed her affections for him in the past and he had reciprocated.

Following that, the professor had brought a box of chocolates that he had asked someone to share with the class. However, the student immediately objected. She also asked him specifically about when she had supposedly made any offer.

As per the media reports, no police action has been taken on both but an investigation is underway. After the video went viral, many reacted to this video, saying that college is a place of learning but not a place of romance. In another video, students are seen beating the professor with slippers. Additionally, it depicts the female student, whom he reportedly proposed to, hitting him with a slipper.
