The US-Israel-Iran conflict has not only affected the Middle East but also heightened uncertainty about the upcoming film’s box office performance. Unfortunately, due to the ongoing conflict, the makers of Yash starrer Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups have decided to postpone the much-anticipated action drama by three months. The film is now slated for release on June 4, 2026.

Amidst its promotional, the makers of Toxic took to their social media handles to announce the new release date on March 4, 2026. Considering the rise of the ongoing tensions in the Middle East and its impact on the film’s gross collection, the production house, cast, and crew officially pushed the release just weeks before its grand premiere. Not just that, the film will now aim for a clearer box office window, avoiding a clash with Ranveer Singh’s Dhurandhar 2: The Revenge.

Toxic New Release Date Announced

Set to mark Rocking Star Yash’s big-screen comeback after four years, Toxic has now been moved to June 4, 2026. Since the Gulf region is one of its key markets, the production banner has decided to step back from the originally planned premiere and reevaluate its promotional plan. As per reports, a trailer launch event was held on March 8, 2026, in Bangalore. The same was postponed as advised by the film’s major distribution partner, Phars Films.

Lately, the release of the film’s first songtrack, Tabaahi, sung by Vishal Mishra, was dropped as an audio-only track release instead of the originally planned music video. Below is the official postponement announcement shared on the lead star, Yash, the KVN Productions, and Monster Mind Creations.

Nonetheless, the most anticipated box office clash is between the Yash starrer and Ranveer Singh’s Dhurandhar: The Revenge (or Dhurandhar 2) has now been avoided completely.

Directed by Geethu Mohandas, the gangster drama stars Yash opposite a fantastic female star cast, including Nayanthara, Kiara Advani, Huma Qureshi, Rukmini Vasanth, and Tara Sutaria in pivotal roles. The male cast comprises Balaji Manohar, Akshay Oberoi, Darrell D’Silva, and Sudev Nair.
