The makers of Welcome to the Jungle dropped the recreated version of the iconic Ucha Lamba Kad Forever, exuding pure party vibes. Featuring Akshay Kumar and Disha Patani, the song is an ultimate party anthem. However, the newly released song has garnered mixed responses from fans and movie enthusiasts. Though the song sparked a wave of nostalgia among fans, they missed Katrina Kaif and the song’s originality. The party track revives the spirit of the iconic chartbuster with a modern twist. 

Slated to hit the theatres on June 26, the makers have kept the audience’s curiosity intact by stepping into their last leg of promotions. Some fans are comparing the makeover to 2007’s Welcome charm, whereas a few are looking forward to knowing what’s new in store.

It has now been recreated by Vikram Montrose, featuring Akshay Kumar and Disha Patani. Ucha Lamba Kad has the potential to become an ultimate party anthem. Here’s what the netizens have to say.

Akshay Kumar and Disha Patani’s chemistry, colorful presentation, and infectious rhythm, makes Ucha Lamba Kad Forever a visual treat. Though the dance-floor energy and nostalgia struck the right chords of the audience, some of them had a different opinion. They wrote, “After Akshay Kumar ruined a OG song, it was fun to listen to the old version, it is a better version than the remake song.” Another user commented on X said that the 2007 song starring Katrina Kaif is their “still favourite” version of Uncha Lamba Kad.
