Welcome to the Jungle Release Date: Akshay Kumar, Suniel Shetty, Raveena Tandon’s Comedy Drama to Hit Theatres in June

The 2026 box office is loaded with back-to-back releases. While the makers of Dhamaal 4 rescheduled their June release date to July 3, comedy drama Welcome to the Jungle locked its date. Starring Akshay Kumar, Suniel Shetty, and Raveena Tandon in lead roles, the entertainer is all geared up to hit the theatres on June 26. The comedy drama features a stellar ensemble of starcast comprising Tusshar Kapoor, Arshad Warsi, Aftab Shivdasani, Paresh Rawal, Johnny Lever, Disha Patani, and more. 

As a part of the Welcome series, fans can’t help but wait for the comic chaos to begin. Here’s what you can expect from the most anticipated summer release.

Welcome to the Jungle Release Date Revealed

Last year, in December, Akshaye Kumar took to his Instagram to extend heartfelt Christmas greetings. The actor shared a video of the expansion starcast with a simple and sweet caption that read, “Merry Christmas from the giant cast of Welcome to the Jungle.” In the video, Akshay Kumar was spotted in dual looks. One with long grey hair and a beard, the other in a stylish action-ready avatar. Through his looks, it is evident that he is all set to play the character of a leader of two rival gangs. The Christmas-themed post also included the iconic Welcome theme song as the characters approached each other.

Since then, fans and movie fanatics have been waiting for the official announcement of the film’s release date. Nonetheless, the makers unveiled the release date and added to the audience’s excitement. 

The massive starcast also includes Jackie Shroff, Jacqueline Fernandez, Rajpal Yadav, Lara Dutta, Shreyas Talpade, Tusshar Kapoor, Daler Mehndi, Farida Jalal, Krishna Abhishek, Kiku Sharda, Kiran Kumar, Mukesh Tiwari, Yashpal Sharma, Vindu Dara Singh, Nawab Shah, Urvashi Rautela, Puneet Issar, Arjun Firoz Khan, late Pankaj Dheer, Sudesh Berry, Hemant Pandey, Zakir Hussain, and Sayaji Shinde. The star-studded comedy drama will complete its Welcome trilogy, promising unmitigated laughter. Directed by Ahmed Khan, the film is bankrolled by AA Nadiadwala and Star Studio18 in association with Cape of Good Films, Seeta Films, Base Industries Group, and Seeta Films production houses.
