VIDEO: Fan Throws Phone at Enrique Iglesias; Singer Takes Selfie Before Giving it Back

Last night, famous spanish singer and songwriter Enrique Iglesias graced his performance in India. On October 29, he performed his most awaited concert. Thousands of fans had gathered at the MMRDA grounds in Mumbai. Fans have shared photos and videos on X, Instagram and Facebook. The videos are going viral like wind. One video is in discussion among the fans where an over-enthusiastic fan throws a phone at Enrique Iglesias. He immediately picks up the phone after it lands on the stage. The singer takes a selfie and throws it back towards the audience.

This gesture of his is appreciated by many netizens. There were many videos in the past that went viral where such phone toss moments got easily captured. Many of them criticized the act done by the fans, many even labeled it as a disgrace to the singer and his art.

What Exactly Happened? 

During the show, where everybody was enjoying it and fans captured the singer, a thing appeared in the frame moving towards him. A fan threw a phone at Enrique. Understanding the situation, Enrique was peaceful and smiled. He took a selfie of his and then returned the phone by throwing it in the direction from where it came from.

Many netizens called this a trick to get the singer’s selfie or photo in the gallery. Some of them laughed, whereas some of them called this act ‘pathetic’ and some have praised it and took it lightly.

Fans Faced Poor Management? 

Fans are sharing their Friday night concert review on social media, many of them saying that they faced poor management and got upset because of it. One user said, “The management was not good, and the show didn’t start on time.” Another user said, “Pathetic management and worst experience in a gig that I have attended.” One more video has gone viral on social media. While greeting fans, he kissed a female fan.
