Tu Yaa Main Box Office Collection: Adarsh Gourav And Shanaya Kapoor Rake in Rs 55 Lakhs on Day 1

Slated to release on February 13, 2026, Tu Yaa Mai was one of the most-awaited films. Starring Adarsh Gourav and Shanaya Kapoor in lead roles, the romance drama generated significant buzz for its unique concept and third lead, the crocodile. On the first day of its release, the film collected Rs 55 lakhs net and Rs 66 lakhs gross. Running across 2,442 shows with an average occupancy of 7.8 percent, the romance drama is expected to perform better over time as the weekend rush rolls in.

Bankrolled by Colour Yellow Productions and Bhanushali Studios Limited, Tu Yaa Main chronicles the content creator culture and how far things can go. Directed by Bejoy Nambiar, the film is mounted on a total budget of around Rs 20 crore. According to Sacnilk, Adarsh Gourav and Shanaya Kapoor’s Tu Yaa Main witnessed a strong market penetration with 2,442 shows across multiple regions. The romance thriller witnessed a low start on day one with a 7.16 percent Hindi occupancy rate. With a couple of night shows, the movie observed the highest overall occupancy rate at 24.67 percent in Chennai.

At the box office, the romance thriller clashes with Shahid Kapoor and Triptti Dimri’s O’Romeo, which raked in over Rs 8 crores net on day 1. Not just that, previously released films like Rani Mukerji’s Mardaani 3 and Sunny Deol’s Border 2 are still running successfully at the theatres. All in all, fans and cinema lovers wait for the weekend to roll in, leaving us with nothing but a box office winner.
