Rao Bahadur OTT Release: Satya Dev’s Psychological Thriller to Stream on Netflix From THIS Date

Starring Satyadev, ‘Rao Bahadur’ arrived in cinemas on July 3, 2026. After completing its theatrical run, the psychological thriller is all set for its digital debut scheduled on Netflix on July 31, 2026.

Helmed by Venkatesh Maha, alongside Satyadev Kancharana, the film features Deepa Thomas, Vikas Muppala, Anand Bharathi, Bala Parasar, Pranay Vaka, Kunal Kaushik, and Master Kiran in key roles.

Rao Bahadur will now be available online on Netflix starting from July 31, 2026, in multiple languages including Tamil, Hindi, Kannada and Malayalam for wider pan-Indian reach. 

The film explores the intricacies of the human mind, combining mystery, suspense and emotional conflict. Packed with psychological twists and turns and a character-driven narrative, the plot progresses at a slow and steady pace. With all the ingredients to keep the viewers hooked until the very end, the film has achieved worldwide collections of Rs 11.43 crore. According to Sacnilk, the film grossed Rs 6.93 crore in India. Talking about overseas collections, it minted Rs 4.50 crore.

Bankrolled by Chinta Gopalakrishna Reddy, Anurag Reddy, Sharath Chandra and Eshwran Vijayaraghavan, the film received positive reactions from audiences, with many praising its good premise and performances, leading to strong word of mouth.
