Meet Youngest Emmy Winner : Owen Cooper Wins Best Supporting Actor Award For Adolescence

At just 15,Cooper portrayed a schoolboy who was accused of murdering his classmate in four- episode Netflix series .This series was based on childhood trauma and parenthood.

On a star- studded Emmy Award Night, this globally acclaimed series won the Award for best limited series. It accredited 8 awards in different categories of Writing, Direction & Acting , Cinematography and Casting categories.

In his acceptance speech Cooper shared his feelings about the amazement of standing there as he said : “ I was nothing about three years ago, I ‘m here now”.

Owen’s win marks a milestone not only for his career but also for the growing recognition of young talent in global cinema.
