Love Story Re-release: Naga Chaitanya And Sai Pallavi Starrer Romantic Drama Returns to Theatres on Valentine’s Day

There is a massive line-up of 2026 new releases; however, the buzz behind re-releases never seems to stop. Whether it is Bollywood or Tollywood, there has been an array of films inviting movie fanatics to theatres once again. Coming up fresh is 2021’s Love Story starring Naga Chaitanya and Sai Pallavi in lead roles. The re-release is slated for release on the special occasion of Valentine’s Day, on February 14, 2026.

Those who want to feel the love in the air get a chance to witness the musical romantic-drama film on the big screen once again. The romantic drama was officially announced in 2019 and was planned for a 2020 release. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the release was pushed to 2021.

Love Story Re-release Date Revealed

Directed by Sekhar Kammula, Love Story follows the story of an inter-caste love story. Revanth, essayed by Naga Chaitanya, and Mounika, played by Sai Pallavi, both as youngsters, bump into each other in the city while chasing their dreams. 

Post-pandemic, the film was hailed as the first box office blockbuster, which reportedly grossed close to Rs 100 crore worldwide. Moreover, Sai Pallavi’s electrifying dance performance in ‘Saranga Dariya’ became a chartbuster. Her role as Mounika is considered one of the most magnificent works of her career. On the other hand, for actor Naga Chaitanya, the movie continues his streak of successful runs after films like Majili and Venky Mama.

On February 14, fans have another golden opportunity to visit theatres and witness the magic of Sai Pallavi and Naga Chaitanya’s Love Story on the silver screen. Alongside, the film features a stellar starcast, including Rajeev Kanakala, Devayani, Easwari Rao, Uttej, Ananda Chakrapani, and Gangavva. Rana Daggubati has also lent his voice. 

On the work front, Sai Pallavi is all geared up to make her Bollywood debut with Ek Din alongside Aamir Khan’s son, Junaid Khan. The romantic drama is scheduled to release on May 1, 2026.
