King100 Starring Nagarjuna Akkineni And Tabu Goes on Floor, Iconic On-Screen Pair Reunite After 28 Years

Made in Korea director Ra Karthik is all geared up for King 100, bringing back the iconic on-screen pair of Nagarjuna Akkineni and Tabu. The movie will reunite them after 28 years on the big screen. On April 27, the actress took to her social media timeline to share a picture from the sets of King 100 and announce her upcoming project. The picture featured the film’s clapboard placed on a black leather couch. The caption read, “And we begin with King100.” 

Nagarjuna Akkineni is hitting a milestone with the production of his 100th film, tentatively titled King100. No sooner did the makers and actors share the update on social media than fans and movie enthusiasts expressed their excitement.

Nagarjuna Akkineni and Tabu’s King100 has generated significant buzz among fan clubs and communities. The reunion of the actors is highly anticipated, as the two are collaborating for the first time after 28 years. Initially, the on-screen pair were seen in the 1995 film Sisindri, where Tabu made a cameo. Their next project together was the 1996 romantic family drama Ninne Pelladata, which was a blockbuster. Their last collaboration was in 1998’s Aavida Maa Aavide, a comedy-drama which performed moderately at the box office. 

Now all eyes are on King100! The upcoming entertainer is expected to emphasize a father-daughter relationship. Reports suggest that the film might focus on the use of de-aging technology to portray Nagarjuna at various ages, from 25 to 60, which could add a unique visual element to the narrative. 

The details of King100 are still under wraps, while eagle-eyed fans are desperately awaiting more details from the leads and the director.  As of now, the film is expected to be a perfect combination of emotions and mass appeal, captivating audiences with its compelling storyline.
