Kaley Cuoco and Fiancé Tom Pelphrey to Welcome Second Child, Announce Pregnancy in the Sweetest Way, Check It Out!

On June 11, 2026, Big Bang Theory fame Kaley Cuoco took to her official social media feed to announce her second pregnancy with fiancé Tom Pelphrey. The 40-year-old mom-to-be is already a mother to a 3-year-old daughter. She posted a carousel of pictures featuring her fiancé and their firstborn daughter. What took everybody by surprise was the gender-reveal cake. The couple is all set to embrace parenthood once again by welcoming a baby girl.

Kaley Cuoco shared adorable family pictures, announcing that their family is now going to be complete. She wrote, “Completing our little family, what a dream come true!  This second time around journey has been a little windier in many ways, but wow we are so grateful for this moment!! Little sissy on the way!!! @tommypelphrey girl dad for life and yes, the last pic is our dainty prince.”  The first picture of the carousel featured the couple standing with their 3-year-old daughter, Matilda, cutting a cake covered in rainbow confetti that read “It’s a…”. Their happiness escalated when they noticed the missing slice, revealing a bright pink interior.

Additionally, the Hollywood personality shared a few mirror selfies showcasing her baby bump and her pregnancy journey so far. It also included clips of Pelphrey reacting emotionally to a 3D sonogram and a heart-melting ultrasound image of their little one. The 43-year-old father-to-be also reposted the same sonogram on his own page, joking, “Doc gave her a little prod for the pic, and this was her immediate response…. definitely my child.” He also poured his heart out to his fiancée, writing, “Deep gratitude and joy—so much respect and admiration for @kaleycuoco on this journey of ups and downs.” 

For the unversed, in 2022, the couple made their relationship official. The actress previously opened up to USA Today that their mutual manager, Andrea Pett-Joseph, had set them up because she believed they would be “perfect for each other.” No doubt, they are truly made for each other!
