On Friday, December 12, K-pop star Jungkook’s “Golden: The Moments” exhibition welcomed Mumbaikars with immense enthusiasm. Situated at Bandra’s iconic Mehboob studios, the exhibition marks its Indian debut with a display of huge cutouts of Jungkook. The event is divided into different sections, namely Shine, Solid, Substance, and Stem. Each of the sections revolves around the distinctive aspects of the singer-musician’s personality, personal, and professional journey.
The exhibition allows K-pop lovers to immerse themselves and take a closer look at the rare artefacts, interactive zones, and themed sections dedicated to Jungkook. Despite the high ticket prices of around Rs 2000, the BTS army, involving school and college goers, was jubilant to witness Jungkook’s trajectory and accolades.
The event exhibits the singer’s personal items, including his outfits worn during the promotions of his debut album Golden, his painting board, brushes, sitting stools, and even his mattress. On the other hand, the interactive zones display a separate corner, letting BTS army experience Jungkook’s vocals at their best with headphones. In addition, visitors can also purchase merchandise like photo sets and Jungkook-inspired jewellery.
