Jujutsu Kaisen Season 3: When and Where to Watch the Buzzing Anime Series Adapted From Gege Akutami’s Dying Game
The most-loved anime Jujutsu Kaisen is setting the screen ablaze with the release of its season 3. The supernatural show is based on the manga series by Gege Akutami. The third installment revolves around the “Culling Game” arc, following season 2’s Shibuya Incident. Jujutsu Kaisen narrated the story of Yuji Itadori, a high schooler who saves his friends from a powerful curse by swallowing the finger of a Ryomen Sukuna, a.k.a. the “King of Curses.” As a result, Yuji acquires powers and gets admitted to Tokyo Metropolitan Jujutsu Technical High School, an institution for sorcerers who fight against curses.
The first two seasons captivated the attention of anime lovers worldwide, and now fans can’t help but remain glued to the screen with the release of every episode.

In the first season of Jujutsu Kaisen, Yuji battles against spells and supernatural beings. The second part concluded on December 28, 2023, with the Shibuya Incident that left Tokyo in ruins and cursed spirits killing civilians across the city. After two years of waiting, the anime series has unfolded the third chapter.
On January 8, 2026, the episode of Jujutsu Kaisen season 3 titled “The Culling Game: Part 1” premiered. Two special episodes titled “Execution” and “One More Time” were unveiled. An official episode count for season 3 is yet to be released. However, seasons 1 and 2 consisted of 24 and 23 episodes, respectively. New episodes will be released every Thursday at 12 p.m. ET on Crunchyroll. Moreover, the previous two seasons and the prequel film, Jujutsu Kaisen 0, are available to watch on Crunchyroll, Hulu, and Netflix.
In April 2024, after the series became a huge hit, Guinness World Records proclaimed it as the “most in-demand animated TV show.” The second installment won big at the Crunchyroll Anime Awards 2024, winning 11 awards, including Anime of the Year.
