Happy Patel: Khatarnak Jasoos Box Office Collection: Vir Das Starrer Comedy Drama Opens with Rs. 1.25 Cr

Happy Patel Khatarnak Jasoos is Aamir Khan’s latest production venture starring Vir Das in the lead role. It is assumed that the viral promotional video featuring Aamir Khan, Vir Das, and Sunil Grover might have played the game, captivating the attention of fans worldwide. Jointly directed by Vir Das and Kavi Shastri, the dark comedy drama hit theatres on January 16, 2026. Although the film opened at the box office with a low collection of Rs. 1.25 crore, it has overshadowed Pulkit Samrat’s Rahu Ketu, which earned Rs. 1 crore. On the other hand, One Two Cha Cha Chaa, starring Ashutosh Rana, managed to collect only Rs 0.10 crore.

After collecting Rs. 1.25 crore on day 1 and Rs. 0.54 crore on day 2, the A-rated dark comedy film aims to grow its numbers over the weekend. It has created a decent buzz on the internet and garnered the attention of movie buffs through its creative marketing approach and, of course, captivating narrative.

Vir Das starrer Happy Patel: Khatarnak Jasoos has been leading, followed by Pulkit Samrat’s Rahu Ketu, and Ashutosh Rana’s One Two Cha Cha Chaa. Alongside comedian Vir Das, Imran Khan and Aamir Khan have made special appearances in the film, while the supporting cast includes Mithila Palkar, Mona Singh, and others.
