Hanuman Ansh Box Office Collection: Neem Karoli Baba Biopic Nears Rs 200 Cr on Day 36, Records Highest Week 5

“Hanuman Ansh” has continued its blockbuster box office run even after 36 days since its release. Helmed by Vishal Chaturvedi and headlined by Shobinaw Satyaa, the film has now completed 35 days in theatres and is inching closer to the coveted Rs 200 crore mark. The drama draws inspiration from the life of Neem Karoli Baba. Lately, the makers also confirmed the sequel to the film, which will dive deeper into the personal and spiritual life.

According to the industry tracker Sacnilk, as of day 36 at 3.20 PM IST, the film has collected a net of Rs 2.37 crore by running across 3,149 shows. This brings its gross collections to Rs 195.55 crore. As the weekend rolls over, the film may escalate its momentum and hit the Rs 200 crore mark.

“Hanuman Ansh” opened with just Rs 10 lakhs on Aug. 7, 2026. As the weekend passed, the film gradually began gaining momentum and surpassed the fifth-weekend collection of the biggest Bollywood hits, including Ranveer Singh’s “Dhurandhar,” Allu Arjun’s “Pushpa 2,” and Prabhas’s “Baahubali 2.” 

On Wednesday, the film recorded higher than on Monday in the fifth week. Usually, the collection numbers dip, but in this case the numbers have been climbing upwards. The 34-day cumulative box office collections stand at Rs. 147 crore net approx, of which Rs. 77 crore net has come in six days of the fifth week. Here’s a glance at the film’s weekend collection. 

Week 1: Rs 1.08 crore

Week 2: Rs 40 lakhs

Week 3: Rs 10.40 crore

Week 4: Rs 61 crore

Week 5: Rs 90.25 crore

Total: Rs 165.50 crore

Film critic Taran Adarsh also took to X, praising Hanuman Ansh’s extraordinary performance. He wrote, “Now, #HanumanAnsh has done the UNTHINKABLE – it has recorded the HIGHEST *Week 5* business ever, surpassing the *Week 5* business of ALL FILMS, including #Dhurandhar and #Dhurandhar2.” As days roll over, it is interesting to watch the film hit new box office records.
