Ek Din First Look Out: Aamir Khan’s Son Junaid Khan And Sai Pallavi’s Upcoming Movie
On Thursday, January 15, 2026, Aamir Khan’s production house took to social media to share the good news. The first poster of Ek Din, starring Aamir Khan’s son, Junaid Khan, and South Indian actress Sai Pallavi in key roles, was unveiled. The banner captioned the post by saying, “In the chaos of life, love will find you… Ek Din #SaiPallavi #JunaidKhan.” The first teaser trailer of the film will be released today, on January 16, 2026.
As soon as the first poster was out, it sparked debate among fans, accusing Junaid Khan and Sai Pallavi’s film of plagiarising the original artwork of the Thai film ‘One Day’. The romantic drama was released in Thailand on September 1, 2016.
Users on several platforms, like X, Instagram, and Reddit, alleged that the poster holds a striking resemblance to the original film. Some of them even claimed that the title is a mere translation, without any creative reinterpretation. One user of Reddit commented sarcastically, “Remake ka betaaj badshah (King of remakes) Indian Nolan Aamir sir is back.” directly pointing at the production banner backing the film.
On the other hand, some fans and movie buffs stay unaffected and are eager to watch the teaser to know what’s in store!
