Mrunal Thakur and Siddhant Chaturvedi starrer registered slightly better occupancy than Assi on the first day of its release. While leading with Rs 25 lakhs, the romance drama recorded an overall occupancy of 9.29 percent. The film began with a modest 5.77 percent occupancy in the morning and gradually improved as the day unfolded. The afternoon shows saw an 8.48 percent occupancy, while the evening shows’ occupancy stood at 7.94 percent. Surprisingly, the strongest response was recorded at night with an occupancy of 14.96 percent.

Do Deewane Seher Mein follows the lives of two socially awkward millennials who strive to find connection and self-acceptance in Mumbai. With its slice-of-life narrative and urban backdrop, the movie has managed to leave fans, media critics, and movie buffs impressed.
