Deool Band 2 Box Office Collection: Pravin Tarde-Mohan Joshi’s Devotional Drama Gains Momentum, Mints Over 3Cr on Day 6

Currently, Pravin Tarde’s Deool Band 2, which hit the theatres on May 21, is stealing headlines. Starring Mohan Joshi and Snehal Tarde in the lead roles, the devotional Marathi drama has garnered attention with its distinctive narratives and storytelling format.
Even on its sixth day since release, this sequel to the 2015 film Deool Band continues to perform strongly at the box office. As of now, the film has grossed Rs 22.50 crore in just five days. Let’s take a closer look at its impressive box office earnings.
Deool Band 2 Box Office Collection Day 6
Released in cinema halls on May 21, Deool Band 2 opened with Rs 2.45 crore from 1,175 shows, achieving a 41 percent occupancy rate. On Day 6, the film raked in a net of Rs 3.35 crore across 1,863 shows. According to industry tracker Sacnilk, it has grossed Rs 26.48 crore and Rs 22.50 crore net in India.
On the first weekend, the Marathi drama earned Rs 5.90 crore, thanks to the strong word-of-mouth, which has changed the game. Compared to its day 1 collection of Rs 2.45 crore, it jumped by 38.77 percent, rather than showing a drop.
Bankrolled by Kailash Wani, Jayashri Wani, Kaiwalya Wani, and Juili Wani-Suryavansh, the film boasts a stellar cast, including Mahesh Manjrekar, Pravin Tarde, Prasad Oak, Om Bhutkar, Mangesh Desai, Devendra Gaikwad, Jagannath Nivangune, and Atul Kudale in pivotal roles. As per reports, the Deool Band 2 was mounted on an estimated budget of Rs 10 crore. The film has already surpassed the figure, collecting Rs 19.15 crore net within 6 days. Undoubtedly, director Pravin Tarde continues his no-flop streak at the Indian box office.
