De De Pyaar De 2 Box Collection Day 7: Ajay Devgn, Rakul Preet Singh, And R. Madhavan Starrer Hits Rs 50 Crore Mark

According to the early box office estimates, De De Pyaar De 2 has crossed Rs 50 crore within a week of its release. Directed by Anshul Sharma, the romantic drama was released on November 14, 2025, starring a stellar cast that includes Ajay Devgn, R. Madhavan, Rakul Preet Singh, Gautami Kapoor, and Meezan Jafferi. Notably, the film has been performing better at the box office than other movies, including Param Sundari and Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari. 

On Wednesday, November 20, the film reached a major milestone by crossing the Rs 50 crore mark at the box office in India. Here are the details.

Despite the decline in the weekday collection, De De Pyaar De 2 managed to mint a total of Rs. 50.8 crore in its first week. On day 1, the film opened at Rs 8.75 crore and continued to grow rapidly over the weekend. Surprisingly, on Saturday, the romance comedy drama jumped 40 percent, elevating its box office score to Rs. 12.25 crore. On Sunday, it witnessed a good momentum with Rs. 13.75 crore, representing a 12 percent rise. 

However, on Monday, the film’s box office collection was Rs 4.25 crore, a 60 percent drop. On Tuesday, the discounted ticket prices helped in collecting Rs 5.25 crore. According to industry tracker Sacnilk, on the sixth day, the movie inched closer to Rs 50 crore. And, lastly, on day 7, the film celebrated its milestone of crossing the Rs 50 crore domestic box office collection. Here’s a quick glance!

De De Pyaar De follows the story of Ashish (Ajay Devgn), a wealthy 50-year-old man who falls in love with Ayesha (Rakul Preet), who is almost half his age. However, their relationship is frowned upon by his family and his ex-wife, Manju (Tabu). In the sequel, Ayesha takes him to meet her family.
