David Reddy Teaser OUT: Manoj Manchu’s Pre-Independence Action Drama to Hit in October

Telugu actor Manchu Manoj rang his 43rd birthday on May 20, 2026. On the special occasion of his birthday, the makers of David Reddy unveiled the teaser. Helmed by Hanuma Reddy Yakkanti, the film is set against the backdrop of British colonial rule between 1897 and 1920. The freshly dropped sneak peek stars Manoj Manchu as a rebel and a killing machine rising against the British Empire. 

Alongside Manoj Manchu, the film boasts a stellar star cast including Ramya Krishnan, Samuthirakani, Abhay Deol, Kanchana, and others. Slated to release this Dusshera 2026, fans are intrigued to know what’s special in store for them.

David Reddy Teaser Unveiled: What to Expect?

The saga of David Reddy chronicles the journey of the titular character. This fierce man opts for violence to fight British oppression, in contrast to Mahatma Gandhi’s path of non-violence. The teaser shows him fearlessly attacking British forces who torture innocent Indians. British officials are seen discussing the threat posed by David Reddy, while national leaders such as Jawaharlal Nehru and Subash Chandra Bose also become aware of his growing influence.
