Critics Choice Awards 2027 Date Revealed: The Ceremony to Air Live On E! And USA Network

The 32nd edition of Critics Choice Awards reveals the date for the 2027 ceremony. On Monday, The Critics Choice Association stated that the awards will take place on Sunday, January 3, 2027, at Barker Hangar in Santa Monica. Additionally, it returns to E! for the third year in a row and will also be telecast live on both coasts across USA Network, from 7-10 p.m. ET/4-7 p.m. PT. 

For the unversed, the association strives to maintain its mixed film and television format, honoring achievements and talents across cinema, television, and streaming programmes. The 32nd awards night will precede the Golden Globes, which are slated to air the following Sunday.

Critics Choice Awards 2027 Announced: Here Are the Details!

CCA CEO Joey Berlin stated, “We are thrilled that the Critics Choice Awards will once again be kicking off awards season right at the start of the New Year. Following our last show that saw ratings double, we are excited to keep that momentum going by partnering with the incredible E! and USA Network team through 2028.” He further mentioned that for decades, the Critics Choice Awards has been a driving force in the awards season conversation, with a voting body that includes leading journalists and critics. Together with Versant, the association will continue to work toward the shared mission of highlighting the creative community’s work. 

The 32nd annual Critics Choice Awards show will be executive-produced by Bob Bain Productions and Berlin Entertainment. The nominations for the annual ceremony will be announced on Friday, December 4, 2026.
