After Ranveer Singh and Akshaye Khanna starrer Dhurandhar, Border 2 is yet another masterpiece inspired by true events, slated for release on January 23, 2026. On the occasion of Republic Day, the epic war film is set to recreate the iconic Border 1 gun moment. Starring Sunny Deol, Varun Dhawan, Ahan Shetty, Mona Singh, Medha Rana, Sonam Bajwa, and Dilijit Dosanjh in key roles, the intense narrative showcased in the teaser of the movie is sure to evoke a strong sense of patriotism in the audience like never before.

After delivering back-to-back hits, including Gadar 2 and Jat, Bollywood actor Sunny Deol is all set to dominate the silver screen next year with Border 2. The teaser kicks off with the actor’s inspiring voiceover and intense visuals of war-torn landscapes, thunderous background score, and the unmistakable aura of patriotism. Deol is spotted making a powerful comeback in his uniform, radiating the same raw intensity that made his character in the original film iconic.

Other stars like Varun Dhawan, Dilijit Dosanjh, and Ahan Shetty are spotted in an intense war action, recreating the Sunny Deol’s iconic Border 1 moment. He is seen carrying a massive bomber gun on his shoulder. Nonetheless, the B-town star roars in the blockbuster sequel, intriguing fans about his role, patriotic spirit, and overall heroic performance. 

What garnered attention was the striking dialogue of Sunny Deop, “Awaaz kahan tak jaani chahiye? – Lahore tak!“, delivered by the actors. The high-octane drama, directed by Anurag Singh, follows a central theme of an unyielding Indian soldier standing guard against all odds.
