Border 2 is one of the most anticipated movies of 2026. Starring Sunny Deol, Varun Dhawan, Ahan Shetty, and Diljit Dosanjh, the epic action war film is scheduled for release on January 23, 2026. After the successful song launch of ‘Ghar Kab Aaoge’ held at Longewala-Tanot in Jaisalmer, the makers took a step ahead and released their second song named ‘Jaate Hue Lamhon.’ On January 12, 2026, a grand event was hosted at the United Services Club, Mumbai. The timeless classic is an Anu Malik and Javed Akhtar creation, reimagined by Mithoon. Take a look!

Border 2’s Next Song ‘Jaate Hue Lamhon’ Launched 

T-Series and JP Films launched Border 2’s next song, ‘Jaate Hue Lamhon’, after its first song Ghar Kab Aaoge’, led to a massive buzz. Both songs have struck the right chords of the heart, leaving every Indian listener emotional. 

Alongside the stellar starcast, including Ahan Shetty and Anyaa Singh, Naval Officers were present at the song launch event. Followed by a special surprise entry of Suniel Shetty. The cherry on the cake was the spirited band performance by the Naval Officers and live performances by the song’s singers, Roop Kumar Rathod and Vishal Mishra. Additionally, Producer Bhushan Kumar, Nidhi Dutta, and co-producers Shiv Chanana and Binnoy Gandhi gathered under one roof to celebrate the iconic launch.

Composed by Anu Malik and Mithoon, written by celebrated lyricist Javed Akhtar, the melodies of ‘Jaate Hue Lamhon’ have been brought to life once again with renewed depth and energy. It honors the enduring love and sacrifice of the bravehearts and their families. Every note and lyric of the song evokes the bittersweet pain of separation, the quiet resilience of those who wait, and the unbreakable bond that unites soldiers with their loved ones. It beautifully defines true heroism by capturing the longing of hearts divided by duty, courage, hope, and spirit.
