Border 2 Collects Rs 247.20 Cr Worldwide, Beats Salman Khan’s Sikandar and Ajay Devgn’s Raid 2

Border 2 worldwide box office collection on day 4 has been impressive. The first weekend turned out to be true to the expectations for the Sunny Deol action war epic.

Since January 23, 2026, Border 2 has been running successfully at the box office. Within four days of its most anticipated release, the Sunny Deol, Varun Dhawan, Ahan Shetty, and Diljit Dosanjh starrer has collected over Rs. 240 crore worldwide. Directed by Anurag Singh, the film was mounted on a budget of Rs 175.00 crore. Interestingly, the war drama earned Rs. 177 crore in India and Rs. 35 crore overseas, making its total box office collection Rs. 247.20 crore on day 4. The film performed well at the box office over the extended Republic Day weekend, building on a positive word of mouth. 

Considering the weekend, cinema chains had already increased the number of shows and established night-time screenings. Take a closer look at the film’s earnings so far.

Border 2 Box Office Collection


Border 2 has emerged as the top performer after Ranveer Singh’s Dhurandhar’s box office storm. Following the Republic Day extended weekend, the action-war drama surpassed the lifetime collection of Akshay Kumar’s Sky Force, which stood at Rs 150 crore. Another Republic Day release, Fighter, earned Rs 29 crore on its fourth day. On the other hand, the film surpassed the mark of Rs 184 crore and Rs 243 crore collections of Salman Khan’s Sikandar and Ajay Devgn’s Raid 2, respectively. By Wednesday, the Sunny Deol starrer is expected to hit the Rs. 200 mark. 

Bankrolled by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, J.P. Dutta, and Nidhi Dutta, the tentpole release of January 2026 also features Mona Singh, Sonam Bajwa, Medha Rana, and Anya Singh in key roles. Set against the backdrop of the India-Pakistan war of 1971, the film explores the combined operations of the Indian Army, Air Force, and Navy. All in all, the movie has recieved postive reviews from fans, movie buffs, and critics.
