Alliance Winner: Mini Mathur Takes Home Trophy and Rs 50 Lakhs, Defeating Aly Goni and Ruhee Dosani

Kunal Kemmu-hosted “Alliance” crowned actor Mini Mathur as the winner on August 6, 2026. She defeated Aly Goni and Ruhee Dosani, lifting the trophy and taking home a whopping cash prize of Rs 50 lakh. The winner navigated through the show’s final challenge, which tested both mental and physical endurance. Mini entered the competition alongside her original ally, Nikhil Chinapa, and remained with team Legend throughout the season.

Prime Video’s “Alliance” began with 12 contestants entering the show in pairs. The contestants performed tasks in four teams, namely Kings, Legends, Warriors, and Hunters, for a period of six weeks. Mathu consistently excelled in challenges and stayed calm and composed. 

Winner Mini Mathur created history as the only female Ace in the headquarters, further cementing her standing in the competition. After four weeks, her ally, Nikhil, was eliminated from the show. In an interview with Screen, Mathur shared that she felt absolutely amazing after being crowned the winner. It felt like a dream to her. She further added, “Day one, I didn’t feel this would even be a possibility, because I was just struggling with the idea if I would be able to stay in captivity for that long. I am not the reality show type. For me, it was just a question of survival in the first week.” As the weeks rolled over, she started enjoying the game and focused on things that excited her about Alliance.
