Rashmika Mandanna and Vijay Deverakonda have taken the internet by storm since their wedding, held on February 26 in Udaipur. While fans, netizens, and media were trying to soak in their impeccable wedding attire, the makers of Ranabaali teased the audience by dropping a fresh poster. Directed by Rahul Sankrityan, the upcoming film features Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna in lead roles, marking their on-screen reunion after the mega success of 2019’s Dear Comrade. 

Set to hit the theatres on September 11, 2026, the period drama is penned by Pramod Tammineni with music composed by Ajay-Atul. The makers of Ranabaali have a big surprise in store featuring Vijay and Rashmika’s characters, Ranabaali and Jayamma. Heightening anticipation and piquing interest ahead of their much-awaited film, they unveiled a fresh poster featuring Rashmika and Vijay Deverakonda hand-in-hand. The post teased netizens with a caption that read, “Our RANABAALI and JAYAMMA. A special surprise on Feb 28th, you’ll #Fallinlove with them once again. #Ranabaali Grand release worldwide on September 11th (sic).”

No sooner was the new poster revealed on social media platforms than fans and netizens flooded the comment section expressing their uncontrollable excitement. Ranabaali marks the third on-screen collaboration between Vijay and Rashmika after Geetha Govindam and Dear Comrade. The film promises a larger-than-life narrative rooted in rebellion, truth, and vengeance.
