Future applicants may find the thorough information booklet and the registration portal on the official NBEMS websites, natboard.edu.in and nbe.edu.in. The preliminary examination date has been set for August 30, 2026, but the exact dates for the commencement of online registration are anticipated to be released soon, as per the reports.

Application fees are Rs. 3,500 for General/OBC/EWS and Rs. 2,500 for SC/ST/PwD. Considering the high stakes of the 2026 session, NBEMS has emphasized the need to double check all submitted documents, including the MCI/SMC registration certificate and confirmation of internship completion, to avoid rejection during the review process.

Candidates must meet the rigorous eligibility criteria, which includes holding a valid MBBS degree or a provisional pass certificate approved by the National Medical Commission (NMC), to ensure a successful application. Furthermore, by the deadline, which is currently September 30, 2026, applicants must have completed their necessary one year rotational internship.
