TCS Announce Annual Salary Hikes for All Grades, Effective April 1

TCS has introduced salary hikes for the employees staring from the new financial year i.e. 2026-27. It will be for all grades and effectuve frim the April 1.

During the IT giant’s post earnings conference call, Sudeep Kunnumal, the company’s Chief Human Resources Officer, made the announcement.

According to Kunnumal, the company will implement annual salary hikes across all grades beginning on April 1. “We are pleased to implement annual salary increases across all grades effective April 1st. In Q4, we continued to invest in a future ready workforce with strong additions of experienced talent and campus hires.”

He reiterated that establishing an AI first culture and providing our workforce with AI ready skills would continue to be a top priority in FY26 and beyond, as they closely reflect the changing needs of our clients.

It’s worth noting that TCS’s attrition rate increased from 13.5% in the third quarter of FY26 to 13.7%. In the March quarter, the number of workers at the business grew by more than 2,000, from 5,82,163 in the December quarter to 5,84,519.
