Price Band
The NSE IPO will be available to the public for subscription from September 17 to September 21. Rs. 1,700 to 1,785 per share is the IPO price range. The Rs. 22,568.94 crore NSE IPO is a full offer for sale (OFS) of 12.64 crore shares by current shareholders. By allocating 3.78 crore shares at Rs. 1,785 apiece to anchor investors, the NSE garnered Rs. 6,746.18 crore on September 16.

According to data available on the stock exchanges at 2.30 pm on September 18, the second day of the bidding process, the NSE IPO has been subscribed 100 percent so far, as the issue received bids for 8,82,59,608 equity shares against the 8,86,42,911 equity shares on the offer.
The Retail Individual Investors section was booked 65 percent and the Non-Institutional Investors (NII) part was subscribed 1.35 times. The employee portion was subscribed 1.35 times and the Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB) category was subscribed 1.32 times.
GMP
The NSE IPO was 43 percent subscribed on the first day of the bidding. The grey market premium (GMP) for the NSE IPO remains elevated. According to websites that monitor the grey market, the NSE IPO GMP is Rs. 142 per share today. This shows that NSE shares are trading in the grey market at Rs. 1,927 per share, which is a premium of almost 8 percent over the IPO price of Rs. 1,785 per share.
