Flipkart Employees Set to Receive Impressive 105% Bonus Payout for 2025, Says Report

As an employee of a company, we get satisfied as our work gets paid off and we receive an incentive or bonus. Now, as per the reports, it is said that Flipkart has announced a whopping bonus for its employees for 2025.

According to reports, the e-commerce giant Flipkart is distributing a 105% bonus payout to its staff for 2025 due to its robust expansion. The report stated that the payout, which would be made in March, would be available to employees at or below the Senior Director (SD) level, citing internal correspondence.

According to an email sent to staff by Flipkart’s Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) Seema Nair, the payment for Vice Presidents (VPs) and Senior Vice Presidents (SVPs) will occur following the conclusion of the 2025 performance review process.

“Our annual Company Performance Multiplier for bonus payout reflects our progress across key business, operational, financial and people indicators.” The email said, “We made significant progress in our march towards sustainable profitability while retaining strong growth momentum.”
