A video is going viral where we can see the Keret House, which is located in a small area between two buildings in Warsaw, Poland and is frequently referred to as the skinniest house in the world. The building is only 72 cm (28 inches) broad at its thinnest point and 122 cm (48 inches) wide at its broadest.

Jakub Szczesny of Centrala, a Polish architect, created the unusual structure as both an art installation and a practical living area. Between a prewar Jewish tenement building and a postwar housing cooperative, it takes up around 150 square feet of previously unused space, according to the video. The house was built with the intention of using every centimeter that was accessible. The tiny interior of the home is divided into many levels and includes a kitchenette, dining and seating space, a bathroom, a workstation and a sleeping area.

Rishabh Wadhwa, on his Instagram account, recently visited the home and provided a tour of the small interior. He emphasized how the space-saving layout enables several tasks to fit into the remarkably thin design. It is not possible to enter the main street directly. Guests must enter through a lane, where steel steps lead to the structure.

The house is split into three levels on the interior. The bathroom, kitchen, sitting area and workspace are all located on the next floor, with the entrance at the ground level. The upper level, which houses the bed, is reached by a ladder. The house has a shower, toilet, mirror, storage and work areas despite its small size. The otherwise constricted area receives natural light from a skylight that crosses the ceiling. Additionally, lighting has been integrated into the building’s structural frame, converting the house’s utilitarian components into a component of its minimalist appeal.
