The Global Teacher Prize in Dubai has been won by Rouble Nagi. For her groundbreaking contributions to education, she received the 1 million USD Global Teacher Prize 2026. She is an Indian educator and social campaigner. According to the reports, she has converted slums throughout India into dynamic learning environments by means of educational murals and creative centers.
At the World Governments Summit, which is held annually in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and brings together leaders from all over the world, Rouble Nagi accepted the award. She has founded over 800 schools throughout India through her Rouble Nagi Art Foundation. Their goal is for children who have never been in school to begin receiving organized instruction. They also instruct children who are already enrolled in school, reported by PTI.
