Singapore’s famous Changi airport is now the world’s best one. At the Skytrax World Airport Awards 2026, Singapore’s Changi Airport has taken the top spot as the finest airport in the world for the fourteenth time since 2000.

The airport was also awarded the titles of Best Airport in Asia, Best Airport Immigration Service in the World, Best Airport Dining in the World and Best Airport in the World in the 60-70 Million Passenger Category, according to the reports.

Indira Gandhi International (IGI) Airport in Delhi is ranked 28th among the world’s top 100 airports, five of which are located in India. The airport climbed four places this year, placing it in the 32nd position previously. It was also chosen as the finest airport in India and South Asia.

The Skytrax World Airport Awards 2026 gave Kempegowda International Airport in Bangalore the 41st position and named it the Best Regional Airport in India & South Asia for the third year running.

The Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport in Mumbai moved up from its previous position to number 66, while Manohar International Airport in Goa came in at number 64.
