Cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar has shared a very sweet memory. He recalled that he used to call his mother before coming home from long cricket tours to make his favorite dishes. He shared how he loved his mother’s cooked meals, especially the traditional Maharashtrian food.

Sachin Tendulkar is active on social media. Fans have reacted to his latest video. He said that he missed home cooked food when he was away on extended tours. Two or three days before he was due to arrive home, he would phone his mother and let her know what he wanted to eat to ensure his favorite meals were ready for him.

How sweet that is, isn’t it? He has revealed his favorite Maharashtrian cuisines. He had a variety of options, including batata bhaji, a potato dish and varan bhaat, a classic Maharashtrian meal of lentils and rice. He also brought up his favorite vegetable dish.
