A woman passenger loses her cool and shouts at airport staff. At Bhubaneswar airport, according to reports, her flight gets cancelled and she starts shouting at IndiGo staff after climbing on the luggage belt and throwing airport property. According to reports, she had damaged some equipment, leaving the scene more chaotic.

The woman was continuously yelling at the staff while they tried to calm her down. The woman was supposed to fly to Kolkata. The incident reportedly happened about 6 pm after the flight was cancelled due to a technical issue. Reports say that airport officials took action against her, alleging that she behaved erratically and harmed airport property.

Officials were present when the incident happened. The passenger allegedly wrecked a keyboard, a monitor and a passport swiping machine, according to reports. The woman was so angry that she burst out at the staff. She complained that her son was not well and asked if they valued time or not, as the scheduled flight was cancelled.

According to the AAI, the damaged equipment would cost about Rs. 49,000. The viral video purportedly depicts the conflict at the airport after the Kolkata bound flight was cancelled.
