Woman Highlights Rising Costs in Bengaluru, Says Requires Rs 1 Lakh Monthly Income to Live Comfortably
As costs are rising, so we need to increase our income. Professionals have been advised against relocating to Bengaluru without making at least Rs. 1 lakh per month, according to a warning from a woman in the city that has sparked a discussion.
@unfiltered_atreyee, on Instagram discussed real estate costs and exorbitant rent around the city in a brief Instagram video. She said that not middle-income workers, but it appears to be for high-earning individuals who make between Rs. 3 lakh and Rs. 4 lakh every month, are suitable for the city’s lifestyle.
“If you don’t earn a minimum of Rs. 1 lakh monthly, then please don’t come to Bangalore. I know this might be a bit controversial, but truly, if you don’t earn a minimum of 1 lakh, don’t come to Bangalore,” she said. “Because as middle class, we all have a small dream that we will have our own house. All middle-class people can relate to these things, that everyone has this dream, that they will have their own house,” she said further.
“But if you want a good locality and a good society, then you will easily have to pay Rs. 3 to 4 crore in Bangalore to buy a flat. And if you are not buying a flat, you are living on rent; even then, the price doesn’t seem to be low here,” she highlighted the housing market in the city.
