Vande Bharat Ahmedabad to Udaipur Train Flagged Off, Operations Commencing From February 18.
The Vande Bharat train between Udaipur and Ahmedabad will start operating soon. Today was the inauguration. With normal operations scheduled to begin on February 18, Gujarat’s 6th Vande Bharat Express between Asarwa (Ahmedabad) and Udaipur City will start soon.
The Indian Railways statement claims that the Asarwa to Udaipur City Vande Bharat Express is a reflection of the national transporter’s continuous efforts to promote regional development via modern rail infrastructure, improved stations and top-notch onboard facilities.
According to the media reports, there are Executive Chair Car and AC Chair Car coaches in the eight-carriage train. The train is designed for speed, safety and comfort and has features like reclining seats, automated doors for boarding and disembarking, sliding doors between carriages, mobile charging stations, bio toilets and CCTV monitoring.
With six Vande Bharat trains currently operating, Gujarat has strengthened its position as a vital railway connection hub in western India. The improved rail connection between Ahmedabad and Udaipur is anticipated to increase interstate tourism, make business travel easier, and foster greater economic integration between the two states.
