Stampede-like Situation at Temple in Bihar’s Nalanda: 8 Women Killed

On Tuesday, during the gathering, at least eight women were killed and several others were injured. The incident took place when a large number of devotees had assembled for prayers at the temple. As the crowd swelled beyond capacity, the area became heavily congested, leading to a stampede-like situation.

Upon receiving information about the tragedy, police officials, along with local villagers, rushed to the spot and launched relief and rescue operations.
