Piyush Goyal Discusses Beauty-tech Collaboration Opportunities with L’Oreal CEO in Paris
Union Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal had a discussion with L’Oreal CEO in Paris about opportunities for investment and beauty-tech collaboration. With their discussion about India’s expanding position as a center for investment, manufacturing and innovation, he met with Nicolas Hieronimus, Chief Executive Officer of L’Oreal Groupe, at the Viva Technology 2026 event in Paris.
Goyal announced the meeting on X, stating that the talks focused on India’s position as a top location for manufacturing, innovation, and investment.
The two parties also looked at possible future areas of collaboration in skill development and technology-driven innovation in the beauty industry, according to Goyal. He also discussed prospects for cooperation in beauty-tech innovation and skill development under the Make in India program, he stated in the post.
